We strive to prepare a well balanced, whole food experience that will reflect the communal traditions of the harvest.

Cruzian specializes in creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. As a small events caterer we believe that presentation is just as important as taste, and take great care in crafting each plate to be a work of art.
Chef Services
We operate as a pop up private chef service. Able to set up outdoors on level ground, we provide a tent with the necessary cooking and serving equipment to execute a buffet style service. We are licensed and insured. We prep at our host kitchen space then show up to cook live for your event.
